Dr. César Padilla graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the Universidad Militar Nueva Granada in Bogotá in 2005 and completed all his surgical training in Germany: general and visceral surgery at the Asklepiosklinik in Burglengenfeld (2010-2012) and his Plastic Surgery residency at the Barmherzige Brüder Hospital in Regensburg (2012-2014), a leading centre for reconstructive surgery, where he stayed on as a consultant until 2016 after qualifying as a Specialist in Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery with the Bayerische Landesärztekammer (BLÄK) in 2015. Back in Spain he was deputy head of department at Quirónsalud Málaga Hospital and a plastic surgeon at Cirumed Clinic Marbella (2016-2018), and head of the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery department at Quirónsalud Málaga from 2018 to 2022 — the hospital where he operates and holds his consultations today. With more than fifteen years of practice, he is an expert in breast reconstruction after cancer, and combines the precision of the German school with a Colombian eye for aesthetics.
