How to choose
If the breast lacks volume, the answer is augmentation, with implants, with your own fat or both. If it has dropped, a mastopexy lifts it: areolar when the descent is mild, lollipop when it is greater; with implants if you also want volume, without them if you want your own tissue only. If it weighs and hurts your back, a reduction. After breast cancer, reconstruction. And if you already had surgery and something has to be corrected or the implants removed, secondary surgery or explant.
