How to choose
If what bothers you is surplus skin on the abdomen — after pregnancy or weight loss — the answer is a tummy tuck; if the weight loss was massive, the fleur-de-lis version. If the muscles have separated, diastasis repair. If it is localised fat with firm skin, liposuction. For flat buttocks, fat grafting; for loose arms, an arm lift.
